International school Almere
Almere, 01-03-2011. The newly built International School in Almere has their own sportingcage available. The walls of this cage completely consists out of the flexible and very strong woven stainless steel cablenet, a total of about 550 m2. The D-sign weave is more than strong enough to absorb the impact forces of sporters and (basket)balls without getting damaged. Because of the flexible and resilient properties of the cablenet the risk for sporters to get injured by hitting the walls is minimized. The architect has done a great job by using the very open cablenet to create a light and airy outdoor environment. Cablenet panels can be woven at almost infinite sizes. This makes it possible for the most walls of the sportingcage to be clad with just 1 cablenet panel.
